تأثیر دما بر پراسنجه های جدول زندگی زنبور پارازیتویید تخم (Telenomus busseolae (Hym.: Platygastridae روی ساقه خوار نیشکر (Sesamia cretica (Lep.: Noctuidae
با توسعه کشت نیشکر در خوزستان، آفاتی در مزارع نیشکر بروز یافتند که مهمترین آنها ساقه خواران Sesamia spp. بود. دوره رشد، تولیدمثل و پراسنجه های جدول زندگی زنبور پارازیتویید Telenomus busseolae Gahanبه عنوان مهمترین پارازیتویید ساقه خوار نیشکر Sesamia cretica Lederer در پنج دمای ثابت 20، 25، 28، 30 و 35 درجة سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±60 درصد و دوره نوری 16: 8 ساعت روشنایی: تاریکی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. دورة رشد پیش از بلوغ زنبور با افزایش دما کاهش یافت و از 67/26 روز در 20 درجة سلسیوس به 25/10 روز در 35 درجة سلسیوس رسید. دوره تخمگذاری در دماهای مورد نظر به ترتیب 16/4، 6/4، 99/4، 04/4 و 31/3 روز بود و ماده ها به طور میانگین در این دورهها 37/56، 45/65، 59/98، 44/57 و 86/33 تخم گذاشتند. داده های جدول زندگی با استفاده از روش جدول زندگی دو جنسی تحلیل شدند. بیشترین مقدار نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (262/0=r بر روز)، نرخ متناهی افزایش جمعیت (3/1=λ بر روز) و نرخ خالص تولیدمثل (28/49=R0 نتاج / فرد) در دمای 28 درجة سلسیوس دیده شد. کمترین دوره یک نسل زنبور (17/12=T روز) در دمای 35 درجة سلسیوس دیده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد دما یک عامل مهم در پراسنجههای رشد جمعیت زنبور T. busseolae است و دمای 28 درجة سلسیوس به عنوان یک دمای بهینه برای پرورش انبوه این زنبور پارازیتویید میتواند مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

ارزیابی مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی GMDH در تخمین پراکنش مکانی کفشدوزک هفت نقطه ای (Coccinella septempunctata (Col.: Coccinellidae در مزارع یونجه منطقه باجگاه شیراز
این مطالعه به منظور پیشبینی تغییرات تراکم جمعیت تراکم کفشدوزک هفت نقطهای در مزرعه یونجه، با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی انجام شد. دادههای مربوط به تراکم جمعیت این حشره در مزرعهای به مساحت 4 هکتار در منطقة باجگاه شیراز در سال 1392-1393 ثبت شد. در این مدلها از متغیرهای طول و عرض جغرافیایی به عنوان متغیرهای ورودی و تغییرات جمعیت حشره کامل کفشدوزک هفت نقطهای به عنوان متغیر خروجی استفاده شد. شبکه مورد استفاده از نوع (Group methodofdata handling (GMDH بهینه شده با الگوریتم ژنتیک بود. برای ارزیابی قابلیت شبکههای عصبی مورد استفاده در پیش بینی پراکنش مکانی کفشدوزک، از مقایسه آماری پارامترهایی مانند واریانس، توزیع آماری و میانگین بین مقادیر پیش بینی شده مکانی توسط شبکه عصبی و مقادیر واقعی آنها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در فازهای آموزش و آزمایش بین مقادیر ویژگیهای آماری واریانس، توزیع آماری و میانگین مجموعه دادههای واقعی و پیش بینی شده مکانی دشمن طبیعی توسط شبکه عصبی GMDH، تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت و همچنین وجود ضریب تبیین 0.98 نشان از دقت بالایی شبکه عصبی در پیش بینی تراکم این گونه داشت. نقشههای ترسیم شده توسط شبکه نشان داد، توزیع این دشمن طبیعی تجمعی است.

مهار پاسخ شاخکی حشرات نر شب پرة مینوز گوجه فرنگی (Tuta absoluta (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae به فرومون جنسی تحت تاثیر سه حشره کش در مطالعات الکتروفیزیولوژیک
مینوز گوجهفرنگی، Tuta absoluta Meyrick از آفات درجه اول گوجهفرنگی محسوب میشود و خسارت اقتصادی قابل توجهی را در گلخانه و مزرعه وارد میکند. به دلیل رفتار تغذیهای درون بافتی و تولیدمثل بالا، ایجاد جمعیت مقاوم در این آفت محتمل میباشد. با تکیه بر امکان تاثیر سموم شیمیایی بر اختلال در جفتگیری حشرات کامل، میتوان رویکرد دیگری را در کاربرد حشره کشها علیه این آفت بکار برد. در این آزمایش، تاثیر سه حشرهکش ایمیداکلوپرید، ایندوکساکارب و نیم آزال با مکانیسم اثر متفاوت در چهار غلظت (μg/ml 100، 10، 1، 0) بر میزان پاسخ الکتروفیزیولوژیکی گیرنده های شاخکی حشرات نر 3-2 روزه به فرومون جنسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میزان پاسخ شاخکی در 6 زمان متوالی پس از سمپاشی، نسبت به میزان تحریک به فرومون جنسی قبل از پاشش به صورت درصد مهارکنندگی محاسبه و با روش مشاهدات مکرر آنالیز شد. نتایج بدست آمده تفاوت معنی دار بین غلظت های مورد آزمایش در مقایسه با شاهد و زمانهای پس از پاشش حشره کش و نیز اثر متقابل بین این دو فاکتور را نشان داد. در صورتی که بین سموم مورد آزمایش تفاوتی مشاهده نشد. حشره کشهای مورد بررسی بین 20-18 درصد موجب مهار پاسخ گیرنده های شاخکی شدهاند که در یک ارتباط غلظت-پاسخ، بالاترین میزان درصد مهارکنندگی در غلظت 100 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر مشاهده شد. نتایج گویای اثر این حشرهکشها بر گیرندههای شاخکی میباشد و پاسخ آنها به فرومون جنسی را مختل مینماید.

کارایی چند نوع تله در جلب و شکار مگس میوه زیتون Bacterocera oleae (Diptera: Tephritidae) و حشرات غیرهدف در منطقه رودبار ایران
مدیریت مگس زیتون با استفاده از روشهای سازگار با محیط زیست شامل راهبرد جذب، کشتن و شکار انبوه میباشد. هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی کارایی چند تله و ماده جلبکننده به منظور جلب و شکار مگس زیتون بود. آزمایش با 4 تیمار و 8 تکرار در یک باغ زیتون در شهرستان رودبار در سالهای 1395 و 1396 انجام شد. تیمارها عبارت بودند از: 1- تله زرد چسبنده 2- تله زردچسبنده + فرومون جنسی 3- تله مکفیل + پروتیئن هیدرولیزات 4- تله مکفیل + محلول غذایی دستساز بر پایه وانیل. بازدید تیمارها به صورت هفتگی و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SAS انجام شد. نتایج سال اول نشان داد؛ تیمار 4 با سایر تیمارها از نظر شکار مجموع حشرات نر و ماده و حشرات نر دارای اختلاف معنیدار است و تیمار یک با میانگین 25/8±8/38 بیشترین جلب حشرات غیرهدف را داشت. در سال دوم، تیمار شماره2 در شکار مجموع حشرات نر و ماده و حشرات نر دارای اختلاف معنیدار با سایر تیمارها بود. ولی از نظر شکار حشرات غیر هدف با میانگین 23/7±55/68 در کنار تیمار شماره 1 با میانگین 16/9±58/77 در یک سطح آماری قرار گرفت. تیمار 4 با میانگین 27/0 ± 97/0 بیشترین جلب حشرات ماده را داشت و روند یکسانی در متوسط جلب هفتگی حشرات در کل تله ها نیز مشاهده شد. بر این اساس، به طور کلی، تیمار 4 با داشتن بالاترین میانگین در جلب حشرات ماده وکمترین جلب حشرات غیرهدف طی دوسال، قیمت پایین و کمترین آسیب به تنوع زیستی باغهای زیتون بر سایر تیمارها برتری داشته و میتواند در کنار پایش آفت همراه با تلههای فرومونی درکنترل آفت نیز موثر واقع شود.

تغییرات نرخ تنفس و اسیدهای چرب غشاهای سلولی در شفیره های سفیدة بزرگ کلم، (Pieris brassicae (Lepidoptera: Pieridae در طول زمستان
غشاهای سلولی در برابر دماهای پایین بسیار حساس بوده و به منظور جلوگیری از این صدمه دچار تغییرات و سازگاریهایی میشوند. یکی از رایج ترین تغییرات، افزایش نسبت اسیدهای چرب غیر اشباع به اشباع در فسفولیپیدها است که سبب افزایش سیالیت غشاء در دماهای پایین میشود. در مطالعه حاضر، شفیرههای زمستانگذران سفیده بزرگ کلم، Pieris brassicae در جریان ماههای آبان تا فروردین جمعآوری شد. به منظور بررسی رکود متابولیسم، گازهای تنفسی (O2 و CO2) و نرخ تنفس (CO2/O2) در آنها با دستگاه GC اندازهگیری شد. پس از استخراج چربی کل، فسفولیپیدها با روش SPE از سایر چربیها جدا شده و اسیدهای چرب و تغییرات آنها با GC بررسی شد. نرخ تنفس با کاهش 30 درصدی از 9/0 در آبان به 6/0 در بهمن و اسفند کاهش یافت که نشان میدهد متابولیسم در این دو ماه به کمترین حد رسیده و حشره در عمق دیاپوز به سر میبرد. دو اسید چرب 16 کربنه و چهار اسید چرب 18 کربنه در غشاهای سلولی این آفت شناسایی شد. طی ماههای زمستان بیشترین کاهش در دو اسید چرب اشباع C16:0 و C18:0 و بیشترین افزایش در اسید چرب C16:1 مشاهده شد. به طور کلی نسبت اسیدهای چرب غیر اشباع به اشباع طی ماههای زمستان حدود 40 درصد افزایش داشت. نتایج نشان داد، علیرغم کاهش سطح متابولیسم بدن، در راستای افزایش تحمل به دماهای پایین، تغییر و تبدیلات پویایی در غشاهای سلولی به وقوع پیوسته تا امکان تطابق حشره با شرایط سخت زمستان را فراهم نماید.

پیش بینی الگوی توزیع سوسک پوست خوار کاج، (Orthotomicus erosus (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Scolytinae با استفاده از زمینآمار و شبکة عصبی مصنوعی
سوسک پوستخوار کاج، (Orthotomicus erosus (Wollaston) (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Scolytinae، یکی از مهمترین آفات درختان کاج می باشد. حمله و تغذیة این سوسکها بافتهای آوند آبکش را در زیر پوست درختان آلوده تخریب و عبور شیرة گیاهی را مختل نموده و باعث مرگ درختان آلوده میشود. این پژوهش به منظور پیشبینی الگوی توزیع و ترسیم نقشة پراکنش O. erosus با استفاده از شبکههای عصبی پرسپترون چند لایه (MLP)، شبکة عصبی MLP ترکیب شده با الگوریتم ژنتیک و شبکة عصبی MLP ترکیب شده با الگوریتم رقابت استعماری در سطح شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. دادههای مربوط به جمعیت این آفت از طریق نمونه برداری از درختان کاج در مناطق مختلف شهر کرمانشاه در سالهای 1393 و 1394 به دست آمد. برای ارزیابی قابلیت شبکههای عصبی مورد استفاده در پیشبینی توزیع آفت از مقایسة آماری پارامترهایی مانند واریانس، میانگین و توزیع آماری بین مقادیر پیشبینی شدة مکانی توسط شبکة عصبی MLP ترکیب شده با الگوریتم ژنتیک و الگوریتم رقابت استعماری و مقادیر واقعی آنها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در فازهای آموزش و آزمایش، مقادیر پارامترهای مذکور بین دادههای واقعی و پیشبینی شدة آفت تفاوت معنیداری را نشان نداد که نشاندهندة دقت بالا و نیز قابلیت شبکههای عصبی به منظور ترسیم نقشة پراکندگی این آفت در سطح شهر کرمانشاه میباشد. مقادیر ضریب تبیین (R2) نشان داد که الگوریتم رقابت استعماری، دقت بالاتری در تخمین تراکم O. erosus نسبت به دو روش دیگر داشته است. همچنین مقایسة مقادیر ضریب تبیین بین شبکههای عصبی مختلف و روش زمینآمار نشان داد که هر سه مدل شبکة عصبی الگوی توزیع سوسک پوستخوار را نسبت به روش زمینآمار بهتر پیش بینی کردند. روش زمین آمار و نقشههای ترسیم شده توسط شبکه های عصبی نشان داد که توزیع این آفت به صورت تجمعی است. نتایج حاصل از روش زمینآمار نیز نشان دهندة توزیع تجمعی آفت میباشد.

چگونگی تأثیر غلظت های زیرکشنده کنهکش بایفنازیت بر پارامترهای زیستی کنة تارتن دولکه ای Tetranychus urticae (Acari: Tetranychidae) در شرایط آزمایشگاه
در پژوهش حاضر اثرات زیرکشندگی (LC10 = 21, LC20 = 52 and LC30 = 100 ppm) کنه کش بایفنازیت (فلورامایت® SC 24%) روی پارامترهای زیستی کنة تارتن دولکه ای، Tetranychus urticae Koch، در شرایط آزمایشگاهی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. آنالیز داده ها با استفاده از تئوری جدول زندگی دوجنسی ویژه سن-مرحله زیستی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد طول دوره مراحل مختلف زیستی نابالغ دئوتونمف های تیمار شده تحت تأثیر غلظت های زیرکشنده قرار نگرفتند. طول عمر کنه های بالغ ماده تحت تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف قرار گرفت و بیشترین طول این دوره در تیمار شاهد مشاهده شد (36/23 روز). علاوه بر این، باروری کل نیز بهصورت معنیداری تحت تأثیر غلظت های مختلف مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و کمترین میزان این پارامتر (02/27 تخم) در غلظت زیرکشنده LC30 ثبت شد. داده های ارائه شده در پژوهش حاضر مؤید آن است که اثرات غلظت های زیرکشنده، نتاج دئوتونمف های تیمار شده را نیز تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. بر همین اساس، غلظت های مختلف مورد مطالعه مقادیر نرخ خالص تولید مثل (R0) را در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد کاهش دادند (شاهد = 93/57، LC10 = 17/49، LC20 = 50/41 و LC30 = 87/32 نتاج/فرد). نرخهای ذاتی (r) و متناهی (λ) افزایش جمعیت نیز در کنه هایی که با غلظتهای مختلف زیرکشنده تیمار شده بودند در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد کاهش یافت. بیشترین مقادیر نرخ های ذاتی و متناهی افزایش جمعیت در تیمار شاهد ثبت شد (بهترتیب 208/0 و 232/1 برروز). کاهش نرخ رشد در تیمارهای مختلف زیرکشنده، افزایش متوسط مدت زمان یک نسل (T) را بهدنبال داشت (شاهد = 48/19، LC10 = 80/19، LC20 = 10/20 و LC30 = 45/19 روز). نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، ضرورت توجه به اثرات زیرکشندگی سموم در ارزیابی اثرات کلی آفتکشها بر آفات و دشمنان طبیعی آنها را آشکار مینماید.

اولین گزارش زنبور (Baryscapus bruchophagi (Gahan) (Hym.: Eulophidae از ایران
طی نمونه برداری های انجام شده به منظور جمع آوری زنبور بذرخوار یونجه Bruchophagus roddi (Gussakovskii) در تیر ماه سال 1396 از یک مزرعه یونجه در شهرستان زنجان، نمونه ای از یک زنبور پارازیتویید لارو زنبور بذرخوار یونجه جمع آوری گردید. نمونه ها توسط آقای دکتر ابراهیمی بعنوان Baryscapus bruchophagi (Gahan) (Hym.: Eulophidae) شناسایی شدند. این اولین گزارش از حضور این گونه زنبور پارازیتویید در ایران می باشد.
