Male specimen described here for the first time from Iran. در طی مطالعه شیرمورچه ­های نگهداری شده در موزه حشرات هایک میرزایانس، نمونه ­هایی از جنس <em>Solter</em> مورد بررسی و به نام <em>Solter iranensis</em> شناسایی شد. توصیف اولیة گونه، بر پایة تک نمونه ماده­ای که از منطقه دربند استان تهران جمع ­آوری شده بود، انجام شد. ویژگی تشخیصی جنس مادة این گونه بر اساس شکل استرنیت هفتم شکم می­باشد. در اینجا برای اولین بار جنس نر این گونه از ایران توصیف شده است. https://jesi.areeo.ac.ir/article_125296_39df8de321ddd2565dc7c2fe8d40c567.pdf
