Mazandaran Agriculture and Natural Resource Research and Education Center, Agricultural Research, Education and Extension (AREEO), Sari, Iran Ladan Sedighi Iranian Research Institute of Plant Protection, Agricultural Research, Education and Extension (AREEO), Tehran, Iran Journal Article 2022 10 05 Simultaneous with the entrance of the Box Tree Moth (BTM), Cydalima perspectalis to Iran and its report from northern regions of the country, researchers began to explore the pest with its management approach before a further infestation occurs. Accordingly, the current research was carried out to study the effectiveness of some pesticides, belonging to the biological, IGR, and botanical pesticide groups under laboratory and field conditions. Based on the results, among 12 examined pesticides, the efficacy of 2 Bacillus thuringiensis- based microbial pesticides, those produced by CBC and Problete Co. were confirmed under both experimental conditions. Moreover, Lufenuron (EC 5%) (Match®), which belongs to the IGR group, has also been successful in controlling this pest. Accordingly, using the mentioned insecticides is recommended to control the Box Tree Moth. همزمان با ورود آفت غیر بومی و مهاجم شب پرة شمشاد Cydalima perspectalis به ایران و گزارش آن از مناطق شمالی کشور، فعالیتهای پژوهشی در خصوص راهکارهای کنترل این آفت قبل از آلوده نمودن سایر مناطق شروع شد. در همین راستا، در پژوهش حاضر کارایی چند ترکیب حشره‌کش از گروه ترکیبات بیولوژیک میکروبی، تنظیم کنندههای رشد و گیاهی در کنترل شب پره شمشاد در شرایط آزمایشگاهی و صحرایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در نهایت بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، از میان 12 حشرهکش مورد بررسی، کارایی آفتکشهای میکروبی بر پایة باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis ساخت شــرکتهایCBC وProbelte در شرایط آزمایشگاهی و صحرایی به تایید رسید. همچنین حشرهکش لوفنورون (EC5%) با نام تجاری مچ نیز که از گروه تنظیم کنندههای رشد (IGR) میباشد، در کنترل این آفت موفق عمل کرد. بر این اساس استفاده از حشرهکشهای یاد شده برای کنترل این آفت قابل توصیه است.
