ارزیابی مطلوبیت نسبی شش رقم سیب‌زمینی نسبت به مینوز گوجه فرنگی،Tuta absoluta (Lep.: Gelechidae)

چکیده

مینوز گوجه­فرنگی، Tuta absoluta (Meyrick)، یکی از آفات مهم سیب­زمینی، Solanum tuberosum L.، در دنیا می­باشد. در این تحقیق پارامترهای چرخه زیستی این شب­پره روی شش رقم سیب­زمینی به نام­های ایمپالا، آگریا، ساوالان، فلوریدا، امراد و مارکز مطالعه شد. دوره­ی نشوونمای لاروی روی رقم­های فلوریدا و ایمپالا به‌طور معنی­داری طولانی­تر از رقم­های مارکز و امراد بود. کمترین درصد بقای از تخم تا حشره کامل روی رقم فلوریدا (48/60 درصد) مشاهده گردید. تعداد تخم گذاشته شده به ازای یک ماده روی رقم فلوریدا به­طور معنی­داری کمتر از رقم­های آگریا، ساوالان، مارکز و امراد بود، ولی در مقایسه با رقم­های ایمپالا و فلوریدا اختلاف معنی­داری نداشت. کمترین نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (rm) (058/0 بر روز) و کمترین نرخ متناهی افزایش جمعیت (λ) (059/1 بر روز) به‌طور معنی­داری روی رقم فلوریدا به­دست آمد. همچنین، طولانی­ترین مدت نسل (T) (60/33 روز) و طولانی­ترین زمان لازم برای دو برابر شدن جمعیت (DT) (93/11 روز) به‌طور معنی­داری روی رقم فلوریدا مشاهده گردید. بنابراین، می­توان نتیجه­گیری کرد که رقم فلوریدا در بین شش رقم مورد مطالعه سیب­زمینی نامطلوب­ترین میزبان نسبت به T. absoluta می­باشد. این نتایج می­تواند در برنامه­های مدیریت تلفیقی T. absoluta در مزارع سیب­زمینی مفید باشد.

The tomato leafminer, Tuta absoluta (Meyrick), is an important pest of potato, Solanum tuberosum L., in the world. In this research, life history parameters of this pest were studied on six potato cultivars including: Impala, Agria, Savalan, Florida, Emeraude and Markies. The development time of larvae on Florida and Impala was significantly longer than of that on Markies and Emeraude. The lowest survival rate from egg to adult was observed on Florida (60.48%). The number of eggs laid per female on Florida was significantly lower than on Agria, Savalan, Markies and Emeraude, but no significant difference was found between Impala and Florida. The lowest intrinsic rate of increase (rm) (0.058 day-1) and the lowest finite rate of increase (λ) (1.059 day-1) were recorded on Florida. Moreover, the longest generation time (T) (33.60 days) and the longest doubling time (DT) (11.93 days) was significantly observed on Florida. Therefore, it could be concluded that Florida is the least suitable host to T. absoluta amongst the six tested cultivars of potato. These results could be useful in integrated management programs of T. absoluta in potato fields.
