اثر کشندگی عصاره چریش و زیتون تلخ و اثر افزایشی اسانس مورتلخ بر کنه تارتن خرما Oligonychus afrasiaticus (Acari: Tetranychidae)

چکیده

کنه تارتن خرما،Oligonychus afrasiaticus (MCG.) ، از آفات مهم خرما در جنوب کشور می­باشد که هر ساله دامنه وسیعی از کنه‌کش­های شیمیایی توسط باغداران برای کنترل این آفت استفاده می­شود. با توجه به اثرات مضر چنین
آفت­کش­های شیمیایی و در راستای تولید خرمای ارگانیک، در این تحقیق اثر کنه­کشی عصاره آبی دو گیاه چریش
zadirachta indica A. Juss و زیتون تلخMelia azedarach L.  در کنترل بالغین کنه تارتن خرما در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بررسی و با عصاره تجاری چریش (Neemgold) مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. همچنین اثر افزایشی اسانس گیاه مورتلخ Salvia mirzayanii Rech. f. & Esfand روی این عصاره­های گیاهی در کنترل آفت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایشات زیست­سنجی با روش غوطه‌ورسازی میوه­های خرما در عصاره صورت گرفت. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده، عصاره هر دو گیاه چریش و زیتون تلخ خاصیت کنه­کشی علیهO. afrasiaticus  داشتند و بر اساس مقادیر LC50، بیشترین مرگ و میر با عصاره تجاری چریش (06/0%)، و بدنبال آن عصاره چریش (23/2%) و زیتون تلخ (25/3%) مشاهده شد. نتایج این مطالعه همچنان نشان دهنده اثر افزایشی اسانس مورتلخ  S. mirzayanii در کاربرد هم‌زمان با عصاره­های گیاهی مورد آزمایش علیه O. afrasiaticus بود.

چکیده [English]

The date palm spider mite, Oligonychus afrasiaticus (MCG.), is one of the important pests of date palm in the south of Iran where the application of a wide range of chemical acaricides by growers adversely affects the quality of harvest. Acaricidal activity of water extracts from Azadirachta indica A. Juss and Melia azedarach L., on adult O. afrasiaticus, was evaluated and compared with a commerical formulation of A. indica (Neemgold) under laboratory condition. Additive effect of the essential oil of Salvia mirzayanii Rech. f. & Esfand on these plant extracts was studied through dipping the date fruits in the extracts. Both plants showed acaricidal activity against O. afrasiaticus and the LC50 were 0.06% (commercial Neemgold), 2.23% (A. indica) and 3.25% (M. azedarach). The additive effect of S. mirzayanii in combined application with palnt extracts against O. afrasiaticus was observed as well.
