تنوع گونه ای زنبورهای پارازیتویید خانواده های Encyrtidae و Pteromalidae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) در شهرستان های جنوبی استان کرمان، ایران

چکیده

در پژوهش حاضر تنوع گونه ای زنبورهای پارازیتویید خانواده‌های Encyrtidae و Pteromalidae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) در مناطق مختلف شهرستان های جنوبی استان کرمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور نمونه برداری هایی در سال های 1395 و 1396 در 15 منطقه از شهرستان های بم، جیرفت، کهنوج، قلعه گنج و منوجان با استفاده از تله مالیز صورت گرفت. نمونه های جمع آوری شده تا سطح گونه شناسایی و تعداد افراد هر گونه شمارش شد. شاخص های تنوع و یکنواختی گونه ای مناطق مختلف با استفاده از نرم افزار SDR4 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در مجموع 40 گونه متعلق به 25 جنس و دوخانواده از مناطق جنوبی استان کرمان در این پژوهش ثبت شد. در بین گونه های جمع آوری شده گونه Ooencyrtus telenomicida (Vassiliev, 1904) با 39 نمونه (3/22%) از خانواده Encyrtidae و گونه های Halticoptera andriescui Mitroiu, 2005 با 28 نمونه (16%) و Chlorocytus spicatus (Walker, 1835) با 20 نمونه (1/12%) هر دو از خانواده Pteromalidae در مناطق مورد مطالعه به ترتیب بیش ترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص دادند. براساس شاخص های مذکور، شهرستان بم در بین مناطق مورد مطالعه از تنوع و یکنواختی گونه ای بالایی برخوردار بود. همچنین در این پژوهش بیش ترین شباهت بین زیستگاه ها به شهرستان های جیرفت و کهنوج اختصاص یافت.

In the present study, species diversity of Encyrtidae and Pteromalidae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) parasitoid wasps were investigated in southern counties of Kerman province. The specimens were collected from 15 regions in 5 counties, using Malaise trap during 2015 and 2016. All obtained specimens were identified to species level and the number of each species per sample were counted. Species diversity and evenness indices of different regions were analyzed, using the software SDR4. A total of 40 species belonging to 25 genera and two families were registered in this research from southern regions of Kerman province. Among all species, Oencyrtus telenomicida (Vassiliev, 1904) with 39 specimens (22.3%) belonging to Encyrtidae and Halticoptera andriescui Mitroiu, 2005 with 28 specimens (16%) and Chlorocytus spicatus (Walker, 1835) with 20 specimens (12.1%) both belonging to Pteromalidae were the most abundant species, respectively. According to the studied indices, Bam had the highest species diversity and evenness among the studied regions. The highest similarity was also found between the wasp communities in Jiroft and Kahnuj.
