First report of Baryscapus bruchophagi from Iran

Abstract

A larval parasitoid of alfalfa seed chalcid, Bruchophagus roddi (Gussakovskii) was collected during a survey on alfalfa seed chalcid from an alfalfa field in Zanjan, Iran in July 2017. This parasitoid is first recorded from Iran. It was identified as Baryscapus bruchophagi (Gahan) (Hym.: Eulophidae).

طی نمونه برداری های انجام شده به منظور جمع آوری زنبور بذرخوار یونجه Bruchophagus roddi (Gussakovskii) در تیر ماه سال 1396 از یک مزرعه یونجه در شهرستان زنجان، نمونه ای از یک زنبور پارازیتویید لارو زنبور بذرخوار یونجه جمع آوری گردید. نمونه ها توسط آقای دکتر ابراهیمی بعنوان Baryscapus bruchophagi (Gahan) (Hym.: Eulophidae) شناسایی شدند. این اولین گزارش از حضور این گونه زنبور پارازیتویید در ایران می باشد.
