جدول زندگی، نرخ شکارگری و انبارش سرد سن شکارگر آفات محصولات کشاورزی، ‌ Nabis pseudoferus (Hemiptera: Nabidae)

چکیده

سن Nabis pseudoferus  شکارگر عمومی حشرات مکنده و لارو پروانه­ ها است. در پژوهش حاضر، پراسنجه­ های جدول زندگی، نرخ شکارگری و انبارش سرد این شکارگر با تغذیه از سه رژیم غذایی شتة جالیز، Aphis gossypii ، تخم بید آرد Ephestia kuehniella و مخــلوط شتة جالـیز و تخم بید آرد، در دمای 1 ± 25 درجة سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 60 درصد  و دورة نوری 16ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی برآورد شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد، نرخ سرشتی افزایش جمعیت (r) سن شکارگر با تغذیه از شته جالیز، تخم بید آرد و مخلوط شته جالیز با تخم بید آرد به ترتیب برابر با 003/0 ± 033/0، 003/0 ± 043/0 و 002/0 ± 062/0 بر روز است که با تغذیه از رژیم­های غذایی مختلف تفاوت معنی ­داری دارد. تجزیه داده ­های نرخ شکارگری نیز نشان داد که نرخ سره شکارگری (C0) شکارگر یاد شده در صورت تغذیه از رژیم غذایی شته جالیز و مخلوط شته جالیز با تخم بید آرد به ترتیب 77/276 ± 95/1347و 54/145± 62/2259 عدد شته بود. به علاوه، درصد تفریخ تخم­ های سن N. pseudoferus پس از نگه­داری در دمای 5 درجة سلسیوس به مدت 7، 14 و 21 روز به ترتیب 22/72، 23/69 و 23/69 درصد به دست آمد. نتایج این پژوهش در بهینه­ سازی شرایط پرورش انبوه سن شکارگر N. pseudoferus می­ تواند مفید باشد.

Nabis pseudoferus is a major biocontrol agent of sucking pests and caterpillars. Life history parameters, consumption rate and cold storage of N. pseudoferus on three diets; Aphis gossypii, Ephestia kuehniella eggs, and Aphis gossypii + Ephestia kuehniella eggs were estimated at 25 ± 1°C temperature, 60 ± 10% R.H. and a photoperiod of 16:8 h. (L:D). The results revealed that the intrinsic rate of increase (r) were 0.033 ± 0.003, 0.043 ± 0.003 and 0.062 ± 0.002 day-1 which was significantly different in terms of feeding diets. Data analysis showed that the net predation rate (C0) of N. pseudoferus by feeding on cotton aphid and mixed diets of cotton aphid + Ephstia kuehniella eggs were 1347.95 ± 276.77 and 2259.62 ± 145.54, respectively. Additionally, hatching rate of N. pseudoferus eggs after cold storage at 5°C for 7, 14 and 21 days were 72.22, 69.23 and 69.23%, respectively. These results could be useful for optimizing rearing procedure of N. pseudoferus.
